They just added a new space to the gym so there is a lot of space now to workout and there is a wide variety of equipment. The employees are extremely nice and flexible. Overall, probably the best gym I have ever been to. Also, the price is perfect for what you get. I have no negative experiences after going for 3 years.

I was in town and desperately looking for a clean, hassle free gym, with a range of equipment. This gym was perfect. Alisha understood that since I had a busy schedule and was traveling with my son that I needed a quick but good gym to be able to work out in. She immediately made the necessary accommodations for me. When I went to use it later, the gym was perfect. Has everything I needed, plus the other members in the gym were very respectful and nice to have around. It’s hard to find a place that hits all the marks but this gym does just that. Don’t be afraid to let Alisha know if you need anything since she was extremely accommodating which meant the world to me. I will be coming here every time I’m in town. I will also be looking to see if there is a corporate membership option for others that I know would love this to be included as the “host gym” when the national workers are in town. Fantastic space with all the right equipment. Everything you need for powerlifting, crossfit, cardio etc. Space is very clean and well maintained. Two private showers and two private bathrooms. Can't beat the price or the location!

Fitness freedom is a great- I have been a member since it was Haymarket fitness and the new(ish)owners are so sweet! Alisha is always smiling and open to talk- they take the time to invested in their members and you can feel the difference! This gym is open 24/7 and never gets crazy busy. They have cardio machines, free weights, barbells, racks, a rower and stair master, leg press, slam balls, smith machines, steps, balls...everything you need for a great workout! I love this gym.

Big fan of this gym. I was staying in Eau Claire for a couple months for work and decided to sign up here. The price was excellent, they offered month-to-month membership for me and the facilities had everything I needed. I think everybody passing through should stop in and check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

I have been working out at this gym since they first open. It is a great place to come since the quality of the equipment is great and they are well maintained, the staff is extremely friendly and the facilities offer everything that you would need. The price of this gym is perfect and they do not try to charge you a bunch of fees. Location is great, since you are close to the major employers in the city, and close to the main running trails when the weather is nice. Overall the best gym in Eau Claire!

As a fifth year senior at UWEC Ive tried many area gyms but Fitness Freedom is by far my favorite. The owners do a great job of maintaining a welcoming, very clean, and motivating environment.

My experience at Fitness Freedom gym has been nothing short of amazing! Starting in my Sophomore year at UWEC, I found relief from all stress as soon as I stepped into FF. Having a constant like FF throughout my college years was incredibly helpful and I'm convinced I would not have graduated without them! The atmosphere is motivating, with clean and easy to use equipment. If you're looking for a gym that prioritizes both physical health and overall well-being in a welcoming environment, FF is the place. I can't recommend them enough!
